Prices, Quotes & Payment Options

Celtic Photography terms & conditions regarding prices, quotes and/or payment options are outlined below. If you need to discuss any of the following, please contact us on info@celticphotography.ie

Celtic Photography may adjust all prices to allow for increase in labour and/or material costs occurring after the date of estimate or tender, applying such adjustment formulae or indices appropriate to the industry.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a quotation is valid up to 60 days from the date on which it is issued, after which Celtic Photography reserves the right to amend it or withdraw it.

Travel Expenses are charged at a rate of 30c per Kilometre

Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

All prices are subject to Value Added Tax.

1. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate of 13.5% on photographer’s attendance, media syndication service & materials or photographic prints.
2. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate of 23% on all digital images/scan and on all video editing, to include insertion of slides/images/graphics.

All prices are calculated at the currency rate applicable on date of quotation and therefore may be subject to change.

All quotes are emailed to client and are valid for 60 days.

Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, also subject to VAT at 23%

Health & Safety

All photographers at Celtic Photography are fully versed in Health & Safety guidelines and currently hold Safe Passes, having taken part in the Solas Safe Pass, Health and Safety Awareness Training Programme, which enables us to work on construction sites without being a risk to ourselves or others.

Insurance

We have a public liability insurance policy in place which places a limit of €7m of the level of indemnity.

We have professional indemnity Insurance in place which limits the level of indemnity to €150,000
