REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be considered in relation to physical prints or frames purchased from the website. Any images purchased via digital download will NOT be considered for refund.


It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase but as items are made to order we will only consider refunds if the product is not as described or has been damaged in transit. Please take care to ensure you order the correct size or colour of frame as no refund will be issued if you change your mind or order the wrong product.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives in a damaged condition, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Please include a photo clearly showing the damage to both print and packaging. We will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order for free, or refund the full amount paid. Please note that if we are not informed within 14 days of receipt, we bear no liability for damage sustained.
